Roskildefestivalen gjorde klart med fem nya artister som ska spela på sommarens festival idag, Against Me!, Bonde do Role, Boka Shade, Clipse och Zyklon. Festivalen beskriver dem så här:

AGAINST ME! (US) plays left-field working-class punk songs with strong melodies and messages.

BONDE DO ROLE (BRA) are a part of the baile funk wave – the urban in-sound in the Rio de Janeiro underworld. Their live shows are known for being sweaty and unruly affairs.

BOOKA SHADE (D) are specialists in club-friendly house and are also co-founders of the label Get Physical which is a trendsetting unit in Berlin’s club circles.

CLIPSE (US) adds fresh air to the rather cliche-plagued universe of gangsta hip hop. This is a wonderfully unromanticized insight into life on the wrong side of the tracks.

ZYKLON (N) is Norwegian extreme metal played by members of the Norwegian black metal kings Emperor.
